Braid Repair and Appointment Timing Policy:
At The Braiding Vault, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. In order to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all, we have established the following guidelines for braid repair appointments and punctuality:
Braid Repair Appointment Guidelines:
- Repair Window: Clients who have received hair installation from The Braiding Vault are entitled to a complimentary braid repair service within 48 hours of their original installation appointment.
- Courtesy Service: This braid repair service is our way of ensuring that your braids remain in excellent condition, including addressing loose braids, tightening, and making minor adjustments as needed.
- Scheduling: Clients must schedule their braid repair appointment within 48 hours of their initial installation to avail of the complimentary service.
- Post 48 Hours: Should clients wish to schedule a braid repair appointment beyond the 48-hour window, regular pricing will apply.
Policy for Late Arrivals:
- Appointment Punctuality: While we understand that unforeseen delays may occur, we request clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to maintain the efficiency of our schedule and respect the time of all clients.
- Late Arrivals: If a client is more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten the appointment service to accommodate other clients.
- Late Fee: A late policy fee of N5,000 will be applied after 30 minutes of the scheduled time and added to the final bill.
- Rescheduling: Significant delays may require rescheduling, and the late policy fee will still apply and added to your future bill.
Policy on Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling: In case of schedule changes, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
- Cancellations: Kindly give us at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the security deposit bring forfeited.
